Can i just break down now….

Like honestly? HONESTLY. i can’t do this. I’ve been trying to do insanity my body wont do anything, I am pushing my self to go to the gym my body hates me, like it just wont work. nothing is working, not clean eating, not working out, not anything. I’m tired. I’m tried of having PCOS fuck my life over. but there isn’t anything I can do about it. i hate my body i hate the way i look. i shouldn’t look like this, 3 years ago i didn’t look like this! this fucking syndrome hormonal imbalance has fuck up my life royally. 

I have the WORST acid reflux to the point that my stomach specialist wants to do a surgery, but i can’t get it done unless i lose 40lbs because i’m to fucking big! REALLY?! I wanted to get the lapband just to get that extra help, that push. oh nopes sorry who has $16,000 just waiting around? i’m worn down, and tired. do i have health insurance nope not any that will cover it. can i get a loan for it, nope to big of a loan plus i’d have to have a JOB to pay that back. yeahhhh this city is crap i can’t find work here at all. I can’t start my own business up because well that needs money. ugh! honestly just wanna lay in bed and just not get out of it for days.  

oh and i’ve been on my period for 8months straight, bet that! the flow is forever heavy and i’ve spent more then $300 bucks on pads, and tampons. like I dunno does anyone out there know what i’m going through? does anyone really even care at this point.

My birthday is in a couple weeks, and I’ll be 26. Most people I follow are much younger than 20, and while these guys are all awesome, it would be nice to follow people closer to my age as well (if there are any out there lol) :p

day 59/90 day challenge. strict paleo and crossfit. was feeling a little down about only training 3 days this week so i did this to remind myself how far i’ve come.

p.s sorry i look like a car crash i will do my hair next time :P

oh and i weigh 1kgs (2.2 pounds) MORE since when i started…… 

sigh…

well i didn’t get the job, and I was pretty bummed out about it. But I’m telling my self that there is something better waiting for me. also this gives me time to really focus on my health and even starting up my photography business.

so starting tomorrow i’ll be starting insanity… I’m both excited, nervous, and scared. I’m hoping my body doesn’t give up on me. but it’s a new day tomorrow and im ready to shade the 40lbs i want to lose this summer, then i’ll only have 60lbs more to left to lose by February.

Insanity is a workout/weight-loss program. It’s 60 days of cardio madness, that will lead you to love the instructor, as well as hate him, all at the same time.

It’s led by fitness provocateur, Shaun T, and he takes you through 14 different exercises designed to burn fat like mad. He does mostly Interval Training, that is, a blast of cardio, followed by a rest, followed by an even bigger blast.

The calendar will show you what exercises to do on which days. In the beginning, you’ll do a fit test in which you’ll see how many of each exercise you can do. Have a pen and paper ready to write down your results! Then, you’ll delve into the exercises according to the calendar. Every two weeks, you’ll take the fit test again, hopefully improving your numbers each time.
